The LCAS fully certified (Supplemental Type Certificate) rack over crystal pack design allows for a more compact installation. This modification consists of a crystal pack interface attached to the seat rails, riser assembly that straddles the crystal packs with an LCAS equipment rack   attached and restraint systems. The ancillary equipment is carried in the equipment rack.

Some installations allow for up to two crystal packs.
