Brad is skilled at locating odd and unusual things. He started in the LCAS Parts Department in 2002 and was formerly a maintenance engineer for both rotary and fixed wing aircraft. He rides his bike to work – a 20 km round trip – as late in the year as the weather allows. He plays the guitar, and goes fishing, canoeing, and snowshoeing.
Chris joined the LCAS team in 2016 bringing 30 years of welding experience with over 10 years in the specialty skilled TIG process, mainly in the Aviation Industry. Chris enjoys hockey, curling as well as volunteering as a special Olympics coach.
Dave joined the LCAS team in 2014. After 30 years as a Production Supervisor with Michelin Tire Company, he brings to LCAS the work ethic of safety, quality and productivity and the manufacturing experience. In 1969 Dave received his pilots license courtesy of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets and had hoped then to work in the Aircraft Industry. After more than 45 years, he is now living his dream. On his off time, he enjoys spending time with his wife at the cottage where he has constructed an aircraft hanger for his Challenger Float Plane.
Evan began spending his summers at LCAS in 2009 at the age of 16 and has developed a true passion for aviation. He graduated from the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Program at Canadore College in 2012. When he’s not at work, he enjoys restoring vintage snowmobiles and motorcycles, or spending time boating, wakeboarding and mountain biking.
With 34 years of dedicated, multi-faceted aviation experience at LCAS, Jim continues to provide experienced leadership to the LCAS staff. His passion for all things aviation shines through in his countless accomplishments. There is no project too small or too complex – from concept to completion, Jim provides the desired results. During his down time, Jim’s number one priority is spending time with his family.
Ken has been a Machinist since 1999 and joined LCAS since 2011. He also holds a diploma in Marketing and is a Small Engine Mechanic. He enjoys living in Muskoka and all it has to offer, spending a great deal of his off time hunting, fishing, camping and enjoying the outdoors with his family.
Mike G. joined the LCAS team in 2008, and offers 38 years of diverse experience to the production floor. He enjoys the Muskoka life including hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.
Mike P. has been a machinist since 1982 and joined LCAS in 2012. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, boating and kayaking.
Morgan graduated from Mohawk college’s Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program in 2022. When he is not at work Morgan enjoys hunting and the outdoors as well as restoring his classic truck.
Paul’s forty year career in aviation began by pumping gas at the Peterborough airport as a kid. He brings a strong background as a high performance Test Pilot, professional instructor, fleet manager and years of aircraft construction, maintenance and engineering to the LCAS Team. Combining this with over thirty-five years of aircraft sales experience rounds out his skill set. Paul likes to fly his personal aircraft for recreation. He is an avid hunter, angler and competitive shooter. He enjoys spending time at home on the farm with his family, which includes his Yellow Lab, Daisy.
Rob graduated from the Aircraft Structures Repair Program at Canadore college in 1999 and immediately began perfecting his craft with LCAS. Rob also holds an honors BA from Nipissing University in Environmental Geography. During Rob’s down time he is a dedicated Lacrosse Coach, winning Gold in the Provincial Championships Pee Wee Box Lacrosse (2013) and a Silver in the Provincial Championships Girls Intermediate Box Lacrosse (2015).
Sruli Weinreb is the Chief Executive Officer of LCAS. In addition, Mr. Weinreb is the founder and managing partner of Plaza Capital Inc. Plaza Capital supports many North American early stage growth companies with strategic debt placements and equity investments.
Sruli is an active member of the Toronto Community where he lives with his wife and four children.
Tanner joined the LCAS team in 2019 finishing and painting aircraft parts. Soon after, he received his certificates of Composite Materials Fabrication & Repair and Advanced Structures Damage Evaluation & Repair. In his free time he enjoys tinkering and working on various personal projects aswell as cooking for family and friends.
Trish joined LCAS in 2006. First starting out in Stores then Document Control and now Senior Administrator. When she is not at work, Trish enjoys the outdoors and what Muskoka has to offer.
